Biography

Ludovic Torreton

Ludovic Torreton is a French author and language teacher. Ten years ago, he moved to the suburbs of Tokyo to teach French. As a kendo practitioner, Japan was an obvious choice for him: a deliberate step away from his family roots in order to find a new inner balance. He sees cultural differences as an invitation to open doors to a broader, deeper understanding of the world. This spirit also shapes his first book, in which he explores the many facets of Tokyo.
