Mikkel Karstad

Mikkel Karstad is a trained chef and culinary advisor who has worked in famous restaurants all over the world, including the legendary NOMA. As head of the Danish Parliament’s canteen, he won an award for his natural, modern cooking style. He lives in Copenhagen. His previous books for Prestel include "Gone Fishing", "Evergreen" and "Nordic Family Kitchen".
